OD renewal problem

Apologies for cross-posting but I've had no response in the OD forum.

Longtime user of Stardock products, just decided to renew my OD subscription, DLed and installed Object Desktop Manager and tried to login with my product key (from 2007!). It's being rejected. I can log in with my email/pw account creds but it does not show the renewed OD license.

In the Account page here, it shows my subscription as expired.

The email I got after renewing does not include any product key.

Please advise.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Thank you for more details. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
