New OD Subscription activation problem

Longtime user of Stardock products, just decided to renew my OD subscription, DLed and installed Object Desktop Manager and tried to login with my product key (from 2007!). It's being rejected. Is there a time lag between the time the subscription is renewed to when I should be able to get ODM back up and running?

No, it continues to show the old expiration date. How long does this usually take? My subscription renewal update was processed at 10:30 this morning. It's 7pm now.
