Can not access Multiplicity app

I have Multiplicity.  I am trying to change the settings.  I see the icon for it, but when I click it, it does not open.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, if multiplicity is running in the background, what do you get if you right click on the Taskbar tray Multiplicity icon? Refer screenshot below.

Well, that worked!  Never thought of doing that.  Not sure why the icon in my start menu is not working, but at least I can access Multiplicity this way.  Thank you.
