Sorry to hear you are having issues. You on Fences 5? If you on Fences 5, Dev have removed "Locked Fences" from Fences 5. If you need to have it back you can try this guide: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1621360668/Show+'Lock+Fences'+in+Fences+5
