how to insert these symbols into each tab

Hi everyone, I saw a post from user pelaird

where it showed the start of him.

I really like the symbols he put for each group created

this is what I mean:

 

If the user pelaird reads this post, kindly write it below, I really like it.

 

I would also like to insert those symbols nearby.

They are Emoji's from the Windows Emoji panel. Place the cursor in the Tab name and hit the WinKey+". " to open. Select the emoji and it should be inserted.

But I didn't understand how to enlarge the writing and the group icon.

 

it looks too small
