how to insert these symbols into each tab

Hi everyone, I saw a post from user pelaird

I really like the symbols he put for each group created

They are Emoji's from the Windows Emoji panel. Place the cursor in the Tab name and hit the WinKey+". " to open. Select the emoji and it should be inserted.
