Increase Start Menu height

How can I increase the height of the Start Menu in Start 11 v2? On Start11 v1 I remember seeing an option to make it full height, but since I installed and upgraded to Start 11 v2, I don't see an option for it and the Start menu height is half of the full height it used to be. Is there a setting in Start 11 v2 or any other way to make it full height?
I configured Start11 v2 to use Modern style with icons.
PS The edges or corners of the Start menu are not draggable.
