v2.2 - Very slow.New game also

Is there anyway to report an issue from in the game?    Submit logs etc.

I tried restoring a V2.1 game save, very slow.   Tried making a new game very slow.

I have updated my video drivers, my computer isn't that old and has 32 GB of RAM.
