The easiest way to do this is to go to the Start11 v2 page, and click the Get it Now button for the Single SKU of Start11 v2. Once the checkout window opens, in the top left you will see a cart icon - click it, and you can adjust the quantity from there.

The license keys that will be generated are not activated until installation, meaning, you can hand out those keys to your winners.

Typically, the activation popup Windows will come up when you first run it.

Not sure about the Paypal option on UK accounts. I have forwarded your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Like most any app, credentials are collected post install via the app, they are sent encrypted to us, we validate, and send a response to the app with a thumbs up (or down).

This sounds correct to me. After downloading the free trial of start 11v2, there is a place to activate it (under about>license, in start 11 settings). Traditionally it requires a license key with a matching email address. I am guessing that all new users will need to match the email address used at purchase with the key to activate

I have my copy, just require the ability to purchase for other users. Keycodes with no emails attached until activation.

I would also like to use Paypal to purchase but currently, this option is only available to USA Paypal accounts. I thought Paypal was worldwide if offered as a payment method.
