Fences 3 "Explorer not closed properly" error

Win 10 corporate installation w/Fences 3.1.3.3.  I installed another piece of non-Stardock software.  After rebooting, Fences will not start up.  Dialog box appears with "Fences has detected that Explorer not closed properly."  Right click/Enable Fences causes the screen to  blink a couple of times and the message reappears.  Tried unchecking and rechecking Enable Fences from the Home tab.  Same thing.  Tried multiple reboots, no improvement.

I see from searches that this problem has occurred with mutiple Windows versions.  Would like to know what I can do with Win 10 in a corporate environment.  We have Forcepoint and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it.  There is nothing in the Forcepoint logs at least the one I can access.  There may be other security tools in the background as well.  Fences is approved but unsupported by my IT.

Worked great for years until a few minutes ago.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I know, from various reports, Forcepoint/Websense do not work with Fences. Not much known on how to make Forcepoint work with Fences.

Thank you.

Very disappointing that it worked all this time and suddenly stopped.
