Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? And its full version number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
  2. Windowblinds full version numbers.
  3. Is the issue on specific theme or any theme?
  4. Have you reboot the system immediately after installing Windowblinds?

Thanks

What's the name of the windowblind in your screenshot? Preferably, a link would be nice. Looks like an aero skin of some kind in your screenshot, and there are a lot of Aero themes that typically have issues like that because they were made long ago, and no longer very compatible with Windows 10, and much less Windows 11.

Could you post a screenshot of the About screen in Windowblinds?

Are you using any other software/hacks to alter the settings in Windows like Explorerpatcher, Openshell etc.? I am running the same Windows version (windows 10 19045.3693) and have tried to change all the settings in Windowblinds and changed scaling in Windows settings, but everything works fine.  Could you please go through these options:

  • Is this a new installation of Windowblinds?
  • Has it ever worked?
  • Can you remember any changes made to Windows or programs installed when this started happening?
  • Have you updated your graphics drivers to the latest version (and what's the name of your Display adapter)
  • Does reinstalling Windowblinds solve your issue? You should download a fresh copy of the installer from your account page: Stardock.com Store

(You should unintall your current version of Windowblinds, reboot your computer, and install a fresh copy of Windowblinds. Be sure not to choose to remove settings when uninstalling.)

First, that's an old insider build of Windows 10. The number of a fully updated release version of Windows 10 is 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3693), and no reason not to update. Insider builds always have compatibility issues with numerous apps and those builds have always been the way Microsoft test what breaks and cause issues. Maybe not your issue, but still. And to make it clear, insider builds is and has never been supported by Stardock, although we try to help within reason.

Second, you are not using the latest build of Windowblinds 10. The latest one is 10.89. As earlier mentioned, you should be able to find the installer for that version on your Stardock Account page if you have purchased it from Stardock logged in with the email used for the purchase.

Updating your OS & Windowblinds versions will more than likely solve the issues you have.
