Purchased Start11v2 5-pack. Will not activate. Appears in Order History but not in Product Keys.

Start11v2 5-pack not listed in my account's Product Keys even though it is in Order History

 
I purchased a 5-pack of Start11 v2. I am unable to activate Start11 v2 on my computer either by entering the product key ("Email address is not valid for the product key.") or by using my Stardock account ("Start11 v2 is not associated with this account."). (See screenshots below.)
 
However, when I look at my Stardock account's Order History on the website, it lists my Start11 v2 order correctly.
 
When I use the Lookup Product Keys page on the website, Stardock sends me an email that includes information about other Stardock products I have purchased—but not Start11 v2.
 
When I download the Product Key Status, I can see that one person (not me) has successfully activated Start11 v2 on their computer.
 
Can someone please help me get my Start11 v2 order correctly associated with my Stardock account so that I can activate the software on my machine? Of course, I also need the three other users to be able to activate it on their machines as well.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
