Start Up Menu

When I go to Start11 on my taskbar every time I click it after start up to make a change I get the prompt to Enter product Key, Purchase Product Key, or Continue 30 day trial. I already purchased it, why am I still seeing this? Shouldn't it just go away after purchase?

You need to use the enter product key option.

Ok, But this will be the 2nd time, it only pops up the first time after pc start up and I go to make a change. After that if I open it later in the day it doesn't happen. As for entering the license/product key I did that a few days ago but will do it again.

I've read that this app is buggy from the posts here and wondered if this was part of the issues people were having. I usually am very skeptical about 3rd party apps on my work pc, don't need any issues, but I follow someone on YT (Britec09) who did a review of Start11, very knowledgeable guy when it comes to pc's and issues/troubleshooting so I trust his judgements and reviews, shortly after I purchased your product.

Also, if you have product such as EaseUS CleanGenius or similar in function, you might having issue because of it keep deleting the license.sig file from your system. Reference: https://forums.stardock.com/523986

Thanks for the tip but I don't use any of those apps, been lucky I haven't needed anything like that. Thanks again for responding.
