Upgrade from Start11 to Object Desktop

Can it be pro-rated

I literally just purchased Start11 (5) licenses) and like it so much that I want to upgrade to Object Desktop. Do I have to pay full price or can I get a pro-rated discount?

Not sure about pro-rated, but you could get discount when you upgrade to Object Desktop. Please use the Upgrade section when purchase.

The "upgrade" page does not allow for Start11 to be included as a discount for upgrading to Object Desktop. It lists Start8 and Start10 as valid products, but NOT Start11...which seems kinda bizarre?
