Issue upgrading from fences 4 to fences 5.

I got an email, that my fences  4 was upgraded to fences 5 with a product key within the mail.

It sais "Your free upgrade is waiting".

 

Every time I try to activate fences 5 it sais "E-mail address is not valid for the product key".

 

I did not have an official account until a couple days ago and used that same e-mail for purchase.

I purchased fences4 Tuesday, October 17, 2023 and I see the fences 4 upgrade at "https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/orders" but there is not the fences5 upgrade yet.

Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
