Solving issues with start11 menu not showing up

I thought it would be worth mentioning that I had issues with Start11 1.4x not showing up on start icon click anymore.

After updating to the 2.0 beta and now the current new beta the issue was not solved and neither restarting the explorer nor any other thing I did it re-appear again. 

In the end what finally DID work to solve the issue on two different computers was to uninstall Start11 and restart windows. Then run the Start11 installer as Administrator! Then enter the registration and restart windows once more. Est voila !
