Start 11 V2 Configuration > Quick Access Side Shortcuts submenu font unreadable

When setting Windows 11 23H2 Personalization > Colors > Color mode to Custom using "Custom" Windows mode "Dark" and App mode "Light"...

Quick Access Side Shortcuts submenu font is DARK on a DARK background making them almost unusable. The font should be white like the main Side Shortcut menu.
