Multiplicity: Error Code -205

Unable to activate on new machine

I recently got a new computer, and wanted to put my Multiplicity 3 KM on the old one, and my Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro license on my new one. I deactivated the old one, and then went to activate my new one, but it says that the license is still in use, and when it goes to deactivate it, it gives me error -205 and unable to deactivate Multiplicity.

How do I correct this?
