I didn't receive my Start 11 2.0 upgrade email

Hi there. I bought Start 11 in Nov.2022 so I qualify for a complimentary upgrade, but the only emails I have received just point me to paid versions (they seem to be typical info emails, not directed). I opened a ticket, but never got confirmation that a ticket was created (should I have?). Please let me know what to do as I'm anxious to upgrade. Thanks!

If you purchased in Nov 2022 you do not get a complimentary upgrade but are entitled to a discount.

Only purchases from 1st October 2023 get free upgrades.

If you mean Nov 2023 then support may need to investigate.
