With release version of 2.0 the start11 menu is black and almost unreadable

The two beta versions worked fine.  Now after installing the release version, when I right click on the taskbar to bring up the taskbar menu so I can select configure start11, it is black and virtually unreadable.  I have tried changing multiple settings, and nothing helps.

The Start8.ini does not exist.
