Fences is great piece of software, but still missing some important features. If this thread will become active, add own wishes.
1.
As first are roll-up options: possible roll-up is only top or bottom - but very useful can be rolling-up to left or right.
2.
Navigation - missing or changed features: double click opens Fences folder portal in Windows Explorer. I think more useful can be (when is navigation enabled) that double click will navigate to parent folder.
But what with opening in Explorer? Simple, look below.

For opening Fences folder portal can be in titlebar added simple icon and single click opens it is Explorer. But when we are talking about icons, useful can be added also icon to navigate folder portal to its default location - simple Home icon.
And when I am talking about titlebar - very nice can be align text to left, right or middle, even if will be rolling-up to left or right available, then rotation font to 90 degrees.
4.
Very important is opening folder portal in any file manager - Windows Explorer is default, but me personally (of couese not only me) use different replacement. But Fences makes impossible to select any - I know this can be hardest thing in update, but let user choose in which file manager will be folder portal opened
