Start11 version 2

I have just downloaded the Start11 Version 2 edition to my Windows 10 laptop. When I selected the Start Menu to use, nothing changes from my start key. It only pops up with a gray background vertical list of files.  It is nothing like I had with the original Start11 version. I selected the Modern Style, since that is what I used last time, but nothing changes.  I have selected each one of the start menus and no luck. Is there a reason why no Start Menu is activated among those presented on the home page of the software?  Thank you

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after it finished uninstall. Redownload Start latest version from your account. Install it. Reboot and retest it. Report back.

Try to go to Actions/Control menu and select:

When click.... ...Start11 Menu,
When win key pressed: Start11 Menu,
In full screen, when w...: Start 11 Menu.
and: Pin a shortcut to windows menu on Start11 menu.
