Start 11 v2

cannot open program

I just purchased and installed v2 of Start 11 and after a successful install, I cannot access the program at all. I click on the executable in both the start menu and inside it's folder and I get no response. Any ideas?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try this, uninstall Start11 V2. Reboot immediately after. Download the latest Beta V2.0.0.2 from your product page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot again. Retest and report back.

I am seeing this as well, even with v2.0.0.2.  (Full uninstall, reboot, re-install, reboot.)

I was able to get it to open the first time during the initial configuration, however after I closed it, I was unable to re-open it.

The only option that I changed was to use the Windows default search instead of the one bundled with Start 11.

Thanks ever so much for responding so quickly. I have to apologize that I did not read the pinned post at the top of the forum stating that support is not given for those of us on the beta tract of the Windows insider program of which I am on. I understand why things are wonky with the program now.

This issue disappeared for me once I rebooted my computer again.  I just installed beta 3 and no real issues to report yet - Great update so far!!
