I tried to figure out how to get it like this as well.
But i cant find any way on how to do this.

I'm assuming you have already installed Start11 v2. v1 does not have the features shown in that image. If so what you are seeing is several new features. I can help you with them one by one if you like. Please specify which part you're interested in.
