upgrade from ver 3 upgrade

Hi , I had to reinstall win 10 .. I had registered fences ver3 upgrade.. I have downloaded ver 4 .. do I need to pay more for ver 4 ??

What happens now please ..

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Fences 4 is paid upgrade. If you already purchase the upgrade, you should be able to get to your Fences 4 key here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
