oversized taskbar

double height of the taskbar

Since installing Start11, my taskbar has become significantly larger. how do you get them small again, 1 row? what can I do?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system. Please refer here: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1387003915/Contacting+Stardock+About+Start+Product+Issues. Need to know:-

  1. Windows 11 full version numbers. Use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 version numbers.
  3. Enhance taskbar enable or not?
  4. Do you have any other 3rd party apps installed that also change your taskbar and startpanel.
  5. Does the issue goes away if you reboot the system or restart at least restart Explorer.exe.

5. The problem occurs after installing Start11. The problem persists after restarting the system and restarting Explorer.

It look like you on Windows 11 Insider Preview Build: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=Windows+11%2C+Build+22631.2338. Insider Preview Build are not supported. Please revert to official Windows release version and see if the issue still there.

Windows 11 has been rolled back to version 22621.2338

Oversized taskbar still present with "Auto-hide taskbar".

My current build numb er is 22631.2715. Why is the taskbar still so big?
