Notifications issue with Groupy 2 and Slack

I just noticed this today but it could have been happening for a while too. If I have Slack and MS Teams grouped together with Groupy 2, I do not see the new message numbers on the Slack icon on the taskbar. If I pull Slack out of the group, then I see them when someone sends me a message. Anyone know how to fix this or is a fix coming?

EDIT: This started working again but the only thing I did was drag Slack onto the Teams window. Weird. Mods, you can delete this.
