Can't activate past purchase of Start11 after wiping computer

Hi, I purchased Start11 back in April23. I wiped my hard drive and reinstalled everything but every time I try to activate I get an error that my key is not valid with the email or my account. I've tried with both the email associated with my account and on my email receipt and also with my paypal account and get the same error. Thanks!

It might be that you have to deactivate your prior installed software using the computer's i.d. prior to the disk formatting before being able to reinstall and reactivate your software. If I remember correctly, you can do that via your account.

Hi all, is there an email where I can directly contact someone to resolve my issue? I've tried with both my registered email on my account and my paypal email. In my account there is nothing activated, just my order info. When I open up the activate section my activation code is already populated but it keeps saying email is not valid with the code. Thanks

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "product not receive" or "ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
