Conflict when opening any Documents through Turbolaunch when Windowblinds is opened on Windows 11. When I close Windowblinds then Turbolaunch opens documents nice. Turbolaunch is like an iconbar that makes shortcuts to opening files. No matter which style I use with Windowblinds Turbolaunch does the same and that is the whole top bar is missing from the document window including the X. 

 Turbolaunch uses the ShellExcuteEx API when opening documents. Could Windowblinds be hooking/altering calls to that API?

 Sorry, none of your suggestions worked but this put me in gear to test other settings. I unchecked the "Do not use per pixel frames even if the style supplies them." All my documents now open with top bar complete. Trouble now is when doing that I lose STVI Style nice blue trim around the windows. I'll go back to a program named 8start to keep bills easier to pay. Complicated but the top bar isn't missing. If you hear of a fix, send ok. Thanks Doc!
