product key problems

I've already contacted support a few days ago, and I've received no answer other than an automated response. I paid for a product key for windowblinds, and I just got a notification that my free trial was about to end. I went into my email and put the product key in again and again, and it never worked. every time I try to sign into the software to get it that way, it says that there is no account associated with my email. there clearly is given me writing this post. Also, I can only sign into THIS stardock website not through the normal username and password but through steam. I never linked steam when I had made an account to buy the product key to begin with. I tried having the product key reemailed to me, and it was the same one, and of course it did not work. I'm on windows 10. I PAID for this, and I was to be able to continue to use it. and suggestions? I would really like for an actual response from the stardock team from ticket I maid instead of this being just ignored. the email was sent DAYS ago. this isn't a holiday time or anything, and I'm running out of patience. 

further, I CANNOT change the password to my stardock account at all, so it's not like I didn't try that to get this working either, because evidently that part of there system is broken. I am not paying for this again and will uninstall this if this problem persists.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
