Replacing Hardware featues?
Hi, I just learned about this Multiplicity software and how it can replace a traditional hardware-based KVM switch. I didn't know this was possible. Before I purchase a corporate license for my company, I have a few questions. Does it do the following?
- How do I access the BIOS like an actual physical KVM switch?
- How do I use this with an OS besides Windows? A traditional KVM is OS agnotistic.
- Can I share other standard USB devices like USB-HID devices?
If these options are impossible with Multiplicity, this software falls into the "Emulated Class" of KVMs and doesn't replace conventional KVM hardware. It's more of a glorified Microsoft Remote Desktop session I can already do for free software.
Please let me know if I'm missing something in the description.
Thank you!
