Cant Open Configuration
Hello, something happened and I can not open the multiplicity configuration anymore. The Multiplicity icon is no longer showing up in my tray either. Is there a way to enter a command to open it?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
Thank you,

Hello there,
I'm also can't open my configuration, after a fresh install I tried to enter my license key, but every time I tried to open the app, it is opening the browser with this link: https://www.stardock.com/
I've already tried to uninstall, purge, and reinstall several times. Is not working.

I am also experiencing this issue, I can start and stop the service with batch files but I am unable to access the configuration utility anymore to change window arrangements or any settings.
There is no icon in the system tray, when I try to start it from the start menu no window opens.
Is this perhaps a fresh windows install?
No several years old windows 10 machine.
Never had this issue until after installing the 3.6 update and did not notice it for a while.
Ok this has quickly become a huge problem for me.
I am switching to a new computer and can't release my license from old machine because I can't access configuration. When I try to do it remotely it tells me to contact support.
Edit: I was able to deactivate it from MyProducts section.
Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to confirm, your problem is gone, yes?
Thanks
Basj,
Stardock Community Assistant.
The immediate problem of being able to change licenses to another machine is gone.
The inability to open configuration on the old computer (now as a secondary) remains.
Have you tried purge and reinstalling? https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#reinstalling
