What’s up with the accounts login page?

Aliens kidnap cows

Hi, hey whats up with the accounts page and pretty much the entire website?
The top right corner menu (clicking on my avatar) on the Stardock main site page just keeps looping back to the main stardock page, no matter what I click on. (And no I can’t access “Account” via the forum)

Whilst in the forum, clicking on the top right hand menu, clicking on order history takes me to the main forum menu page.

Clicking on the top right menu then clicking on account, takes me to the Account Management page and states; For security purposes, you must login to access your Stardock Account

Again, I am already logged in.

On that same page, when I click the sign in button, It opens a page that says; Login Required - You must be logged in to access the requested area/page lol :congrat:  and proceeds to call me a guest. Once again… I am already logged in. As would be reflected by the fact I am now posting this and that I can also see my avatar on the stardock main website… stardock.com

And before you ask, no I can’t upload screenshots because that isn’’t working either… so much fun.

I am using Safari on an iPooped Pro with latest IOS 16.6 (No I can’t access a PC & Browser today)

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can't reproduce your issue. I can open my account page without issue. Maybe try different browser as a test. Or test on another PC.

Thanks

At least I can upload images now.

Avatar at top = Logged in

click on avatar / click on account

takes me to sign in.

I can click on sign in 1000,000,000 times and it wont make a difference. It just loads the same page.

I click on the 30year logo, it takes me back to the main stardock.com page... you can see I am logged in, my avatar is there.

Click on avatar, click on any menu item. Takes me back here again.

it's very fortunate for you that you aren't having a problem, but I am. On an ipad with a totally separate internet connection and also on my PC with my home Ethernet.

I am on Firefox and I can not see any issue. Please post a video, showing us what you actually seeing.

Thank you,

lol I would be approaching your web techs.

I have to upload a video? OK chief. I seem to spend half my time lately being a beta tester or having to work issues out for stardock.

Pity if I was a paying customer that didn't know how to create and upload a video. I keep buying software from Stardock over and over but I seem to have to work hard for it.

Here's your video, on Vimo. Cheers for any help you can give.

Look like you get signed out everytime you use The account button. But, that is not the case for me. However, I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

This seems to be something with your devices

FireFox:

Edge:

I suggest giving it a try in a InPrivate\incognito mode and see if you are having the same results

Something wrong with both an ipad and a pc, one being at home on firefox, one being an ipad totally unrelated to the other and using safari, in another location using another internet connection? Seriously?

I’m in Australia, where is it you guys are located? It would seem that I would have to be one of the unluckiest guys in the world, or it could be there is something wrong with my account in your back end.

I changed my username 2 days ago.

cheers.

I don’t get the “If it’s not happening to me there can’t be anything wrong” logic

The only common denominator in all this is the account itself. Nothing else about the two devices are anywhere near related.
Also, I have no issues anywhere else with anything else other than my account here.

No one has said that, it confirms that it is not a widespread issue, it also suggests that there is something wrong on your end

I just logged into your account with a temporary support password and it worked just fine

I have a video of it working, but I will not post it without your approval as it has your real name in it

Please, give my previous suggestion a try:
