Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can not reproduce the issue on my system. Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), re install Start11. Reboot again. Retest and report back.

I appreciate your speedy response and apologize for my lack of one.
I followed your instructions (twice- rebooted after uninstall, reinstalled latest version, etc) - still happening.
Is there any log from my Windows box that can help you? I'm a Senior Software Engineer by day, so I'm not afraid to dig in to my system to help you out
