Bug Report: Start11: When clicking on "Run as Administrator" the dialogs stay open even after program opens

from Stardock Forums

Essentially, when I open the Start menu, right-click on an app icon, hover over "More", then click on "Run as administrator", the right-click menu's stay open, even after clicking "Yes" in the UAC dialog.

OS: Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2070)
Start11: v.1.47

Please let me know if there is any other info/debug files/logs I can provide that can help.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can not reproduce the issue on my system. Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), re install Start11. Reboot again. Retest and report back.

I appreciate your speedy response and apologize for my lack of one.

I followed your instructions (twice- rebooted after uninstall, reinstalled latest version, etc) - still happening.

Is there any log from my Windows box that can help you? I'm a Senior Software Engineer by day, so I'm not afraid to dig in to my system to help you out |-)
