Switching to 2nd machine while gaming

Only seems to happen with certain games like Conan Exiles, but if I "look up" in the game too far, the input will switch to the other machine. I know this is probably something in the way that the application captures the input and not really a Multiplicity issue. But is there a way to force Multiplicity not to switch when certain programs are active?

I actually found a setting to prevent switching when full screen applications are running under "control switching based on mouse movement."
