Installer broke just like Fences installer

Windows Blinds 11 installer does not install.

Steps to duplicate:

1. Run installer from Object Desktop.

2. Go through installer as normal.

3. Reboot through the installer.

4. Wait for computer to reboot.

5. Repeat the loop forever.

Basically the same issue the Fences installer has for a few months now.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system.

  1. You on Windows 7,8,10 or 11? Also need its full version number, use Winver.exe.
  2. Fences and Windowblinds version you're trying to install?
  3. Have you tried download it directly from your product account and install it? https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products.
  4. Need to know if you're running ARM base CPU?
  5. Do you have ESET antivirus installed in your system?

Thanks

Asking for some clarification on this, what you are actually saying is that the ObjectDesktop Manager program keeps saying there is an update for each, but there actually isn't, correct?

This is an issue with ODM, not the individual program themselves. My best suggestion for now is to not use ODM as the individual programs will alert you of an actual update

1. Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1992)

2. Fences (Update v4.2.1 to v4.21.02). Window Blinds (Update v11.0.2 to v.11.02)

3. Fences installer updated to v4.21 (not v4.21.02). Window Blinds updated to v11.02. Object Desktop still claims there is an update for both programs.

4. I am running Intel i7-8700K

5. I am using the built in Windows Defender.

I can confirm that the individual installers updated both programs with the installers downloaded about 30 minutes ago. Fences installer only installed version 4.21. ODM claims there is a 4.21.02 version out there somewhere :)

I hope this helps!
