Startmenu 1.46 & 1.47b RANDOM EMPTY shortcut list

Hi,

I've tried by deactivating most used programs, limiting the number of shortcuts or chaning the shortcut display from list/grid  but nothing. In the last two version there where a bug related to the shortcut list.

Often the menu opens with an empty list. Sometimes the shortcuts appears regularly. Sometimes appears after many seconds since the menu has been opened.

With the previous version I never had similar problems.
