Xwidget and Windowblind conflict

 Is there a way to get xWidget to start first after reboot instead of Windowblinds? Reason being is when Windowblinds starts first then this causes xWidget widgets bottom position to fail putting all widgets on topmost with opened folders or pictures. 

 For now when I reboot the pc then the widgets go topmost. The way I have learnt to get the widgets to stay in the bottom position is to right click on the windowblind icon in the taskbar tray and unload Windowblinds. Then I reopen Windowblinds that somehow causes the widgets to remain in the bottom position. Then when I restart then the problem comes back till I repeat the unload and open Windowblinds again. All works but getting all to work is a chore. Hoping for a Doc's help. Thanks from Gemmee... email  gemmee@protonmail.com

 I don't use cloud but do have a MP4 video which usually in other places easy to send. 1 to 5

I believe there can't be a fix found. If you could only tell me how to make a shortcut on the desktop to unload Windowblinds then this would be good. I paid for a new version that only makes the the problem worse. Thanks.
