Even after uninstalling Start 10, and Start 11, I cannot seem to update my Windows 10 to 11
Microsoft have an absolutely terrible way of detecting if something is installed.
Basically anything on another boot partition if you dual boot or a backup of old installs will be detected.
If you search for start10config.exe on all drives you will probably find the offending files confusing it.
I'd hazard a guess and say there are probably residual files and registry entries. Perhaps using the purge .bat file will solve the problem. The Community Support Assistant will probably help.
Please try purge steps mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to reboot after the purge.
