Window Button Not Working Properly -- Start 11

I am running Start 11 (latest version, it is set to use the Windows 10 configuration) on Windows 11 (22H2, latest version).  A few days back, my Window Button quit bringing up my Start 11 screen.  In stead, I get the standard Windows 11 screen (shown below).

I tried doing an uninstall/re-install but that did not help, so I suspect something is messed up in the Registry.  I considered doing a re-install after removing every reference from the Registry, but I hesitate to do that since I also have Fences 4 installed and don't want to mess that up as well.  Is there a specific entry in the Registry or a configuration file that controls the use of the Window Button?

Any suggestions are welcome.
