Automatic Updates

I have Groupy 2 installed on my two computers...Windows 10 Enterprise.  Although I turn off "check automatically for updates", it always turns back on.  Can you please correct this in a future update?  Thank you.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I just checked mine also on Windows 10 but the check update stay off when I reopen Groupy 2 configuration Windows. Try this, uninstall Groupy 2, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download Groupy 2 latest available install. Install it. Reboot again after installation finished. Retest it and report back.

Open the Registry and go to

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Stardock\Groupy\Groupy.ini\Groupy

ad a new string and name it

AllowAutoUpdateCheck

and then set the Value data to 0

Note: The devs are aware of this and it should be fixed in the next update.
