Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system. Windows 10 or 11? Start11 version? And you on Start11 Windows 7 style? Also, do you have Windowblinds install and Windowblinds style applied?

From what I know there is no option in Start11 to remove those separator line from the Start menu.
