Weird Issue with a solution

I was having this odd issue where if I right-clicked the speaker in my windows 11 tasktray, the popup menu:  


I couldn't click on any of the options. 

I also couldn't type in the search field on start menu or taskbar.

I uninstalled START 11 (keeping my settings) and all issues were resolved.

I then reinstalled START 11... wait, rebooting... Ill be back to tell you what happened... 

UPDATE:

After rebooting, search works, but I can now no longer click on those sound options again, very weird.

What exact version of Start11 are you using?

Installed most current release of Start 11, 1.45

Windows 11 Pro, V22H2

OS BUILD: 22621.1848

Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22642.1000.0

Try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after its finished. Re-download Start11 V1.45, re-install Start11, reboot immediately again after. Retest it and report back.
