Start 11

No Start 11 in drop down menu for registration

hello - I tried to register the Start 11 that I just purchased and it is not listed in the registration drop down menu. Can you add it to the menu so that I can register this program?  Also I am a previous registrant of both Start menu 8 and Start Menu 10 (4 licenses) and when I went to the upgrade option to get a discount for Start 11 your site did not recognize my email (xxxxxx@gmail.com) address which is the only address that was used when buying and registering these programs. My license keys for start menu 10 is: License Keys: xxx and xxxx

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
