Groupy 2

Patment and activation

Hi, I have paid twice and downloaded groupy2 twice.  So there is a duplicate payment there. I have activated the product.  I do not see groupy 2 active.  Can you please ensure that groupy 2 is active as I only see groupy, and can you eliminate the duplicate payment  please?

As for duplicate payment,  Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
