i installed it this weekend (after testing in vm since 1st build) and on a desktop pc it feels very similar to win 10 so yes at first it seems like no big deal at the moment.
i hope its a new foundation for bigger improvements like finally a new explorer, adding 3rd party widget support, debloating /modulizimg the system, improving system apps and finally unifying all of the important design elements (not every pixel, i get that some stuff burried in the system aren't worth changing but obvious things like volume sliders... should and will be updatet
