Start11 not doing full system searches

I expanded Windows Search to "Enhanced" to include the entire PC. When I use the default Windows search, it does find anything, on any drive, but using Start11 search, it seems to be limited to the basic search (Docs, Pics, Desktop, etc). 

Is this a bug, or beta issue, or am I missing something?

Did you set Start11 to search everywhere too?

How do you do that? I looked through the Start11 config menus and don't see any way to tell it where to search.
