Fences 4.12 - Fences will not lock/unlock on Windows 11 22H2 22621.1778

As the title says I am using Fences 4.12 on Windows 11 22H2 22621.1778 and the lock/unlock feature of Fences does not function. I've seen many threads about the option being gone or missing, but my issue specifically is that right clicking on the desktop and choosing View>Lock Fences does nothing. I have tried purging Fences and reinstalling it, and I even re-installed Windows 11 completely from scratch. If anyone knows how to fix this or if it's being worked on, please let me know!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to clarify something.When you locked your Fences. First thing you should notice is your Fences title bar don't have close and that 3 line menu button. Does it still appear on your system? And, you should not be able to click and drag those Fences around.

I have the same issue, my fences has been locked for a long time.  I've updated to the latest version 4 with Windows 11, I also use Start 11.  I can't unlock fences or even access fences using right mouse click.  I can access fences thru all programs / Stardock but that does not unlock them.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system. You on Windows 10 or 11? And need to know its full version number. Use Winver.exe to get it. Also, need your installed Fences full version number.

Did you mod your Windows 11 context menu to Windows 10 style context menu. That, I believe, will stop Fences right click menu from working properly.
