Bring back the old XP Quick Launch toolbar that Windows 11 killed

When I upgraded to windows 11 and found the new changes to the start menu I purchased Start 11 to restore the Windows 10 Start Menu I like. I use the old Windows XP Quick Launch toolbar extensively and can't go with out it.  Unfortunately, I ended up despite having purchased a license for Start11 using StartAllBack since it did restore the ability to use the Windows XP Quick Launch toolbar.  I want to switch back to StarDock Start11 and get my preferred Win 10 style start menu, but can't until the ability to use the Windows XP Quick Launch toolbar is restored.   Please add this feature to Start11.

Start 11 v2 has the ability to pin folders to the taskbar now. Pinning the Quick Launch folder is a built-in option.

Version 2 is not free and upgrade pricing is available.

FYI: The location of the Quick Launch folder described above is "C:\Users\"Your User Name"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch"

You can also create a New Folder anywhere on your C:\ drive (I suggest your user folder), name it appropriately, optionally you can change the icon from a folder to whatever you like, and then add the shortcuts you want to access. Now, when you select "Pin folder menu" from the Start11v2 Taskbar pins, click "Browse for folder..." and then browse to and select the folder you created above.
