Problem enlarging the list of recent files (excel) in taskbar

Hello,

There is a procedure to increase the list of recent files (excel or others) in the taskbar of windows 11 see here for example : https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-11-increase-jump-list-items/

This procedure works on Windows 10 and Windows 11 

Since installing Start 11 even with the latest 1.4.4 update it no longer works.

Could you please take a look at this?

Have you try this one. https://forums.stardock.com/491652/get;3737334. It should applies to Taskbar jump list as well . Refer screenshot below taken from Windows 10 system with Start11 V1.44

Cela n'a pas fonctionné sur mon environnement WINDOWS 11 (avec un DWord positionné à 15)

Not sure why, but notepad show me lots more. I don't have Excel on my Windows 11 system to varify. Can you test if Notepad have longer list?

Great,

It does work, the presence of new files in the list of recent is only lit if the file is opened by the application and not if you double click on a file to open it.

Everything's working fine now.
