Moving a group of items to a Fence

After a Windows 11 reset, I renewed my Fences license and installed Fences 4.1.2.1, through Object Desktop.  Now I need to move all the stuff from my desktop to their particular Fence groups.  It seems that I'm unable to move all of my documents (as a group) into my Fence "Documents", and the same for my apps and media.  Also, I feel that there should be a context menu allowing me to right-click on a file - or group of files - and move them into a particular Fence.  Lastly, how does Fences keep track of where each item is located?  I see nothing in the Program Data or temp directories to account for the storage.  The closest I've found is a 1K cache.dat file.
